THE WINE CELLAR

The Caudrina wines, all D.O.C., are the expression of long experience and considerable energy and developmental skill. As stubborn as most of the winemakers from the Langhe, Romano Dogliotti remains tied to traditions but open to new technologies with which he wanted to equip his new winery. The result is a wine production at the highest level, a worthy heir of the noble  Piedmontese tradition, but open to the future, with attention to different market needs and a clientele of increasingly careful and knowledgable connoisseurs.
