Olivero Mario is above all a family and then a winery. My name is Lorenzo, and I‘m working together with my father Mario, since 2003, the year when this adventure started. We love rich bouquet, well-structured and full bodied wines, that’s why we produce them with the utmost care, little technology and a lot of manual labor. I’m in charge of the vineyards, I deeply respect and demand the most from them. We carry out low environmental impact natural viticulture, where the utmost attention to detail is needed. That's why I decided to limit the production at 25,000 bottles per year, to be sure that every bottle and every glass of my wines, are able to tell our story. We cultivate the typical grape varieties Arneis, Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo.
