The story of the family Monchiero is a story of courage and attachment to its land. Vittorio Monchiero, who bears the same name as his grandfather, when, in the 1989, after his father’s death, he decided to continue the activity undertaken by his dad and by his uncle. At the end of the 1980s, Vittorio took over the firm: he re-established the vineyards and he levelled the land to make them more suitable for modern agricultural methods and. At the same time he began to participate, together with his wife Daniela, in the first fairs to find new markets in Europe, as well as consolidating the business contacts. Today the firm, led by Vittorio and Daniela, it is a modern facility, in which tradition and innovation are combine.  The winery is known and appreciated around the world. The vineyards of Monchiero stretch to the communes of Castiglione Falletto, heart of the firm, with seven hectares , the Barolo, La Morra, Alba (fraction Scaparoni), with the vineyards destined to the production of Nebbiolo of Alba, Barbera of  Alba, Langhe Arneis and Muscat and Roddi, where the Nebbiolo of Alba is produced and finally Verduno, with other vineyards used for the Barolo.
