THE WINE CELLAR

Marchisio is a family that founded its business on the love for the work it does, for its land and its children. Working in the present, we learn from the past so as to be able to improve in the future. And it is with a view to our children’s future that we have been working to make all we do better and cleaner, in line with a philosophy we implement on a daily basis. Our winery has been restructured in line with a philosophy of sustainability; the new cellar has been designed to minimise environmental impact and has been built entirely underground to take advantage of the soil’s insulating properties. Furthermore, we have added a photovoltaic system to supply all its energy needs. Our production is based on grapes from our own land using indigenous grape varieties that are cultivated naturally to extrapolate all the characteristics that the local varietals of our Roero territory can offer.
