THE WINE CELLAR
Since 1670 the Negro family has cultivated vineyards on the Roero hills, worked to increase the value of this wonderful corner of Piemonte, dedicating its wines to the prestigious native vines: The whites are Favorita and Arneis  and the reds are Nebbiolo, Barbera, Bonarda, Dolcetto and Brachetto. Today we have 60 hectares of vineyards, placed between the historical Perdaudin farm-house in Monteu Roero, that of S.Vittore in Canale and Basarin in Neive. Many prizes have recognized these wines’ personality, to which Giovanni Negro dedicates himself with passion together with his sons Gabriele, Angelo the house oenologist, Emanuela, Giuseppe and the wife Marisa, to whom is reserved the task to receive the guests in the wine-cellar in S.Anna of Monteu Roero.
