“BRIC SORI” – Gallo Ernesto winery is located in the Roero area in the hills of Craviano, 3 km from the historic centre. The Bric Sori name first appeared in the 1980s due to the attachment of Ernesto to his land, the Roero, and originates from the position of the vines, which are mainly exposed to the south east on a single hill in the Commune of Govone. Over time the winery has grown, but has always remained in the hands of the family. Ernesto and his wife Fernanda have passed on their passion to their son, Paolo who continues the profession of viticulturist with the help of his wife Elena, who also takes care of welcoming guests to the wine cellar. Every part of the vineyard is tended with passion, tenacity and experience, day after day facing the adversities of nature, but always managing to overcome them. The philosophy of the winery is to produce predominantly typical wines of the zone, both fresh and fragrant and with fineness and elegance.
