THE WINE CELLAR
We are a relatively new operation in Cocconato. The majority of our vineyards are located in the communes of Cocconato and Piova` Massaia, with some others inherited in the Montiglio Monferrato area. A passion for the land has always been in the DNA of the proprietors, handed down from our grandparents who developed the land primarily as farmers. The old methods of growing vines have been adapted to newer requirements to greatly improve the quality of the products. Our wine production is concentrated on Barbera d`Asti, Barbera di Monferrato, with smaller quantities of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Spumante Metodo Classico Rosé, Albugnano. In the future we expect to be producing Nebbiolo, Sauvignon Blanc from the new Roasino vineyard.
