THE WINE CELLAR
 
The small but dynamic winery, Vitivinicola “Gaggino” di Urscheler Roberto is situated among the beautiful Hills of Monferrato area wine area. On those sweet hills where the vineyards extend as far as the eye can see, with vines raised with the Gujot Method (kind of low vine which requires a great manual labour), you can find great wines suitable for a long aging. The firm managed by the wine maker Roberto Urscheler and his wife Maura (who deals mostly with marketing) makes and bottles the family’s grapes (around the ancient house c.a. 3.5 ha) and the selected grapes coming from the rented vineyards (c.a. 1.5 ha). The main goal of Roberto Urscheler is proposing the consumer quality, type and tradition, working with precision and accuracy in all the branches this job requires.
