THE WINE CELLAR

We live and work in MontegrossoD’Asti, a commune near Asti. The main purpose of La Ballerina is the production of top quality, ecologically sustainable wines from rigorously selected grape varieties, enhancing the local natural resources and leading to the creation of highly sophisticated wines. In the past years we’ve made some changes in the company and created a new sophisticated location for the winery. We’ve designed and realized this building in face of the vineyards, with a basement that runs through the two-third of the entire structure,and internally, there are some particular domes covered by the ground. This technique allows us to maintain a certain constant temperature in the cellar and gives a perfect process of refinement to the wines.
