THE WINE CELLAR

This winery, located in the vineyards of the Asti region, in San Marzano Oliveto, was established by Cavalier Dario Bersano – the heir of generations of vine-growers - and his wife Giuseppina in 1968, when they decided to make known the extraordinary savours and scents of the grapes harvested on their land. In 1992 their son Roberto joined the management of the winery bringing innovations and new ideas to the production; he is now managing of “Cavalier Dario”. The winery operates with the guideline of a valuable combination of old and new, the historical and traditional together with modern technology, and modern organization of the business to offer a wide range of wines; it is this balance that the values our origins and the customs characterizing this territory and its people.
