Since 1831 we have been passionate producers of spumante and other wines in Canelli. We have always been innovative and we constantly search for new products and new markets. Our Underground Cathedrals, declared World Heritage Site by Unesco in the list of "Vineyard Landscapes of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato" have been the silent witnesses of our mission through the ages. Still today we produce our traditional method spumante, the Riserva del Nonno in these cellars. When entering into our Underground Cathedrals, your senses dive into a magic atmosphere. Naves, walkways and transepts open up into large cross vaults as if you were really in a large cathedral. This is where the name “Cathedrals” originated, these underground constructions, which follow on one after the other like a big snake with different styles, throughout the whole underground area of Canelli. From our tradition and experience of 185 years, we are always redefining our future; Verdi, with its sparkling bubbles obtained from a blend of wine and fermeted cereals, and Toselli, our non alcoholic sparkling, are Bosca's next generation products.
