THE WINE CELLAR

The Guido family has been involved in wine growing and wine production since last century. In 1925 our grandparents, with the graft on “American stubs” saved our vineyard from the terrible “filossera vastatrix”. In the sixties, although the progressive abandoning of lands, our father kept on growing and planting vines. Nowadays the new generation, connecting the family tradition with agricultural and oenology studies, could combine this experience with most the modern processing: soft pressing, refrigeration and criomaceration. Our vineyards are located in the highest hills and are producing Gavi and Dolcetto d’Ovada.
