THE WINE CELLAR
A few kilometers from Asti, on the green hills that surround it in Montemarzo is the company Luigi Pavese. The company produces fine wines including Grignolino the resounding "Saint Marcel" which is a wine with a delicate bouquet of red fruits with a flavor of fresh cheerful. The Pavese for generations family is engaged in the cultivation of the vineyard and owns 4 hectares of vineyards, cultivated with environmentally friendly farming methods, mainly dedicated to vineyards Barbera and Grignolino. His father Luigi have been joined in recent years Mauro and Joseph, that with will and enthusiasm aim to constantly improve in quality.
