Cantine

The five hectares of vineyards sit on the top of a hill in the heart of Monferrato, which can be seen from long distances, are well known as a “crù” for the production of Grignolino. The vines of grignolino, barbera and nebbiolo were planted in the middle of the century. We are four 30 year old boys, with a passion for nature, and launched this fantastic project in 2008. We believe in the health of our grapes and have an aversion to chemical fertilisers, growth promotants and herbicides. We seek quality using biological and biodynamic practices and only have a measured use of wood and sulfphites in our wines. Only indignious yeasts are used and our wines are unclarified and undergo minimal filtration.
