THE WINE CELLAR
Our property is located in Castelletto Merli, on the hills of Monferrato, near Moncalvo and the Sacro Monte di Crea. Here, Marco Olivetta and his family take care of 10 hectares of vineyards with commitment and competence. Only grapes coming from our own vineyards and harvested manually are vinified in our cellar. Our varieties are mainly native grapes, such as Barbera, Grignolino, Bonarda and Cortese, which together cover 90% of production.
