THE WINE CELLAR

Hi, we are Gianpaolo, Andrea and Marco Boffa, the owners of "Cortino farm", former Produttori Dianesi. The winery was founded in the early 70s where Gianpaolo was one of the founders. Currently our company is a family-run business and we are right in the heart of the Langhe hills, Diano d'Alba. We believe in our territory, an area of the "Dolcetto" wine and, of this wine variety we produce 7 different kinds: Sorì La Rocca, Sori Santa Lucia, Diano, Diano without added sulfites Rosato di Dolcetto, Langhe Dolcetto, Passito di Dolcetto. Obviously our production is not just of "Dolcetto", we have all the typical range of the Langhe. In the farming and winemaking we try to mix modern techiques with the traditional ones in full respect of nature , because first of all, it's us who work in the vineyard and in the cellar.
