THE WINE CELLAR
Gran Collina Winery, founded in 1890, is the fifth generation of the Cotto Family. It is in the wine area of San Damiano d'Asti and is located in the Monferrato region, bordering with Langhe and not so far from Roero, which are all under Unesco Patrimony. The company has a winemaking tradition with 16 hectares of vineyards. We offer the chance to visit the winery and taste 12 varieties of our wines directly from the barrels. The rural tradition of the Cotto family includes the breeding of 50 Fassone Piemontese cattle. Since 2001, Gran Collina has restored the original rooms of the farmhouse, so guests can enjoy living the simple and genuine atmosphere of the country, surrounded by nature.
