THE WINE CELLAR
Cascina Sot was founded in 1975 in Monforte by Joseph and Mary who, after working many years as sharecroppers, decided to buy the property. Today, they and their son decided to dedicate themselves exclusively to the cultivation of vines, thus creating a small world in the Langhe producing small quantities of wine. Today the staff consists of Leonardo, Silvana and their son Maurizio and daughter Lorena. They produce Barolo docg, Langhe doc Nebbiolo, Barbera d' Alba doc, Vino Rosato and Langhe doc Chardonnay.
