THE WINE CELLAR
BAJAJ is a divesified farm (fruit, vegetables, wine) in the core of the Roero area.20 hectares of lands, of which 4 hectares of property vineyards, in the municipality of Monteu Roero. In the last years, with the new entry in the winery of Adriano, son of Giovanni Moretti and wine lover, the wine production has increased and it has passed from 5.000 bottles to 15.000 bottles. In addition to this, the winery has also started to produce wine using terracotta amphora and a biodynamic conversion is foreseen for the future.
