The Matteo Soria Winery is located in Castiglione Tinella, in the province of Cuneo. Matteo, fourth generation of the family to run the company, takes care of the winery while the forty hectares surrounding vineyards are cared for by his father Sergio. The main grape used by the Matteo Soria winery is the white Moscato, with which it produces the Asti DOCG Extra Dry and Moscato D'Asti DOCG, two symbolic denominations of the area. To these we add a small production of Brut Cuvée Classic Method, based on 100% Pinot Nero grapes processed with the champenoise method. In order to obtain the best possible results, the winery is equipped with the most advanced technologies (both in terms of production
machinery and quality control) in order to make the most of its grapes. The tasting space is the heart of the winery: a space in which to host, guide but also train guests, from the vineyard, to wine, to the food pairings but also touching the part of the customs and traditions of the area. A path that starts from grapes to get a 360 ° experience on Moscato Bianco and the Piedmontese world.
