Within the Langa district, often characterised by male stories, Cecilia Monte, a Winegrower from Neive, as the company logo says, represents one of the rare ‘female examples’ belonging to the firmament of Piedmontese wine excellences. Starting from the year 2000, in a spectacular position on two Langa ridges in the heart of the Barbaresco area, in an area still little explored and therefore rich in natural biodiversity, a company led by a young, determined and well-prepared woman was founded. The company covers a total area of approx. 3.5 hectares of vineyards with Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera vines and is equipped with all technical support, both in the countryside and in the cellar, to support a production of excellence. Cecilia Monte represents a reality in continuous evolution and renewal, in a timeless panorama.
