Description
Rosé wine made primarily from grapes of Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, pure or mixed with each other or other non-aromatic red grapes. All these grapes are grown in the corresponding area above the hills of the Langhe, in the province of Cuneo, from which its Docg variety takes its name.

Grape variety: Barbera and/or Dolcetto and/or Nebbiolo from the 60% to the 100%; while the remaining 40% is made from non-aromatic grapes grown in recommended or authorised vineyards.
Colour: rosè or light ruby red.
Bouquet: characteristic, soft and delicate.
Taste: from dry to mild, velvety and harmonious.
Minimum alcohol content: 11,50% vol.

Excellent as an aperitif, especially when served chilled, Langhe Rosato goes perfectly with light aperitifs, fish or mixed salads, delicate risotto, pasta, grilled or baked fish and shellfish. Best served at a temperature of 12-14 °C.
