Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba o Diano d'Alba Docg

Description

Obtained from Dolcetto grapes grown exclusively in the hills of the town of Diano d'Alba, about 500 metres above sea level, this red wine is also produced in the Superiore version, which requires a minimum ageing process of about one year. DO YOU KNOW

Served at a temperature of 16-20 °C, Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba is excellent paired with any meal. You may want to sip it over a dish of filled pasta, for example the “ravioli del plin”. Excellent with appetizers, “bagna cauda” and fresh or medium-aged cheeses. The "Superiore" version is wonderful served with slightly more mature cheeses.
