Colli Tortonesi Doc - Vini bianchi

Description

A Doc wine (Ministerial Decree of October 7, 2011) that groups different varieties of wines, both white and red, produced in about thirty communes in the province of Alessandria. Among the main types of white wines are Cortese and Bianco.

Grape variety: Cortese and/or Favorita and/or Muller Thurgau and/or Pinot bianco and/or Pinot grigio and/or Riesling italico and/or Riesling Renano and/or Barbera bianca and/or Chardonnay and/or Sauvignon and/or Sylvaner verde and/or Timorasso 100%.
Minimum alcohol content: :  10% vol.

Colli Tortonesi Cortese Doc
Grape variety: Cortese from the 95% to 100%; while the remaining 5% is made from non-aromatic grapes grown in recommended or authorised vineyards.
Minimum alcohol content: 10% vol.

Colli Tortonesi Cortese Frizzante Doc
Grape variety: Cortese from the 95% to 100%; while the remaining 5% is made from non-aromatic grapes grown in recommended or authorised vineyards.
Minimum alcohol content: 10% vol.

Colli Tortonesi Cortese Spumante Doc
Grape variety: Cortese from the 95% to 100%; while the remaining 5% is made from non-aromatic grapes grown in recommended or authorised vineyards.
Minimum alcohol content:  10% vol.

Colli Tortonesi Favorita Doc
Grape variety: Favorita from the 85% to 100%; while the remaining 15% is made from non-aromatic grapes grown in recommended or authorised vineyards.
Minimum alcohol content:  10% vol.

Colli Tortonesi Moscato Doc
Grape variety: Moscato bianco 100%.
Minimum alcohol content: 5,50 % vol.
